I help mission-driven institutions close the gap between the work they do and the public's understanding of it — through narrative strategy, campaigns, and communications systems that work across every format, from written word to video.

My background is in higher education, particularly at institutions that operate outside the mainstream. That work has produced significant gains in applications and yield across multiple universities.

Outside of work, I serve as an elected School Committee member and board member of a community media organization — roles that have given me a ground-level understanding of how institutions earn, and lose, public trust.
